The Cedar Post Restaurant at Blind Channel Resort is well known in the yachting community for its fine dining in a remote and spectacular location. Misty Isles will depart Whaletown and head north to catch the ebb tide through Beazley Passage, the Okisollo Rapids, and then on into Johnstone Strait. The cold, plankton rich waters of this area are frequented by whales, dolphin and porpoise.
Passing the lighthouse at Chatham Point, we’ll head into Mayne Passage between the Thurlow Islands to our overnight destination at Blind Channel Resort. After stretching our legs and exploring the grounds, we take our seats at The Cedar Post Restaurant for dinner and lovely views out over the water. There are 3 cozy and comfortable cabins to retreat to for the night.
The next day we will ride the morning flood tide through the Dent and Arran Rapids, returning to Whaletown by late afternoon.
